Goals and Objectives of the Mobile Application

The goal of the project was to simplify and automate daily work with comments and tasks that were previously managed in Excel. We developed a mobile and web application that minimizes dependence on Excel spreadsheets while providing automatic report generation in the required format.

• Assigning responsible persons and monitoring task statuses.
• Exporting data to Excel using pre-defined templates.
• Intuitive interface for quick staff onboarding.

Development Technologies

The application architecture is based on a client-server model. The client part is available both as a mobile and web version, with data exchange carried out via a secure API. The interface was developed using modern technologies to ensure stability and high performance: Node.js, React Native, HTML5, along with the principles of Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines.

Application Functionality

For Employees:

• Creating new comments and tasks directly from a mobile device.
• Setting task statuses: open, completed, rejected, etc.
• Attaching photos and explanations to tasks.
• Real-time auto-sync between users.

For Management:

• Online control panel with real-time monitoring.
• Flexible task filtering system by date, type, status, and assignee.
• Automatic generation of Excel reports based on pre-defined templates.
• Progress analytics: percentage of completed tasks, average execution time, team performance statistics.

Project Results

The application has become a key tool in the digital transformation of the company’s internal processes. It enabled the transition from outdated Excel-based workflows, accelerated task processing, ensured execution transparency, and improved team productivity. With accurate reporting, a user-friendly interface, and modern architecture, companies optimize resources and minimize administrative costs.
