When discussing the project with the customer, the following goals and objectives were defined for the future application.

• The main goals are to attract customers and increase sales. To achieve these goals, the application should be easy to use and have a clear, intuitive interface.
• Provide convenient accommodation search. The mobile application should help users to quickly find suitable accommodation for rent, taking into account their needs and wishes.
• All of these features are designed to simplify the booking process and maximize the user experience, helping to increase customer conversion.

The process of creating an application

• Developed and coordinated terms of reference describing screens and backend functionality. Developed application API architecture.
• Developed the front-end part of the application.

1. Connecting the front-end part to the back-end of the web version using the designed API.
2. Testing using the developed API.
3. Placement in marketplaces (Play Market/App Store).

Development Technologies:

The application architecture was represented by a client-server structure, where the client side is installed by the user directly on the mobile device. The client program exchanges data with the server side of the application using web services (API).

What tools to use to develop the front-end part of it was decided: React Native, TypeScript, Node.js (express), MongoDB, Firebase.

The “Kulffe” app is designed to bring tenants and landlords together on a single platform where they can find each other quickly and easily. In the app, you can easily find reliable options to rent or lease your home using all available features.
