Goals and Objectives of the Mobile Application

During the project discussion with the client, the goals and objectives of the future application were defined.

• Improving the quality of nursing care: Provide nurses with instant access to patient histories, daily schedules, and weekly plans in real time. This will allow nurses to efficiently organize their workday and deliver high-quality services.
• Enhancing user experience: Thanks to an intuitive interface and convenient navigation, Arias facilitates access to necessary information and optimizes the performance of daily tasks.
• Process automation and quick access to knowledge: The integrated AI chat feature provides fast and reliable answers to any patient-related questions, helping nurses make informed decisions in real time.
• Competitiveness and innovativeness: Arias stands out among other solutions due to its innovative features, stable performance, and ability to integrate with the hospital’s administrative panel for full synchronization.
• Scalability and development: The app is designed with the possibility of further functionality expansion and integration with other medical services to increase healthcare workers’ efficiency.

Development Technologies:

The platform architecture is built on a client-server model. The client component is installed on users’ work devices, and data exchange with the server is carried out via an API. Modern technologies have been used to develop the interface, ensuring high performance and system reliability. The backend tech stack includes TypeScript, Node.js (Express), and MongoDB; the frontend stack features TypeScript and React Native. The application is designed for cross-platform use, supporting various devices and operating systems.

Arias App Functionality

For Nurses:

• Registration and authorization (with professional data verification).
• Viewing daily visit schedules and tasks.
• Viewing the full patient history (anamnesis, diagnoses, prescriptions, doctor’s recommendations).
• Ability to view and update patient medical records (within allowed access rights).
• Receiving notifications about new or urgent tasks.
• Interactive map for route planning to the patient.
• AI chat for instant advice or data clarification.
• Recording and saving notes after visits.
• Status management (available / in visit / finished work).
• Viewing reports and analytics of their activities.

For Patients:

• Registration and authorization (with personal data verification).
• Viewing personal profile and medical records (depending on access level).
• Receiving notifications about upcoming visits and scheduled procedures.
• Viewing information about the nurse who will perform the visit (full name, photo, rating/reviews).
• Chat with the nurse or AI to clarify care-related questions.
• Ability to rate the care received after the visit.
• Viewing the calendar of scheduled visits.
• Receiving reminders about medication intake or procedure execution.

Project Results

The Arias mobile application was successfully published and became a reliable assistant for nurses providing home care. This app allows nurses to quickly access patient histories, plan their day, and promptly respond to any changes. At the same time, patients receive improved care and the opportunity to communicate with their healthcare providers in a convenient format.

Arias optimizes nurses’ work, increases the efficiency of care delivery, and significantly improves the quality of patient service. This project became an important contribution to Kit Global’s portfolio, demonstrating successful implementation of an innovative solution with an intuitive interface and stable operation. Arias is now a key part of the client’s ecosystem, helping to automate processes and ensuring comfort for nurses and patients at every stage of care.
