- The client creates a request for parcel transportation and sees information about their shipments through the DDD Service application – the data is updated automatically in real time.
- The driver has access to the internal system of the transport company – in a separate DDD Service application Driver has all the necessary tools for planning, monitoring and managing deliveries.
- The manager controls logistics processes and manages all data received from the customer and driver interfaces.
DDD mobile applications are hosted in marketplaces App Store / Google Play and are available to users with gadgets on Android and iOS operating systems . To ensure the synchronous operation of all services, an API for integrating applications with Nova Poshta and the website was implemented, and a separate custom CRM system (web application) of the company was developed for centralized transportation management.

At each key stage, the driver records a change in the order status – this information is automatically sent to the sender and recipient in the format of instant notifications. Driver functionality:

- planning, building and viewing routes on the map;
- option to change delivery status (accepted, en route, intermediate points, delivered);
- geolocation – tracking the driver’s location on the map;
- push notifications to adjust drivers’ work – about changing the route, canceling or postponing delivery, creating new parcels;
