The main request of the customer was to create a convenient mobile application with which patients can plan visits to the clinic, use a personal bonus account, and track the progress of treatment in their personal account. The main goal is to make the patient’s interaction with the clinic as simple as possible, and the services – accessible and transparent. To do this, we have created a convenient structure and functionality that solves the patient’s problems and helps the clinic achieve its goals.

The patient does not have to call the clinic or write in messengers – appointments are created automatically, a convenient date and time are selected in the calendar. On the eve of the specified date, the application reminds of the planned visit with a pop-up push notification. The patient can create or cancel an appointment, read the questionnaires and rating of dentists, view the list of dentistry services and write a review. To track the dynamics of treatment, information about performed and planned procedures is stored in the personal account by integrating the application with the main CRM system. Loyalty program tools encourage the patient to contact dentistry services again.

The mobile application becomes a tool for the clinic to attract a permanent audience, strengthen its image and increase patient loyalty.   • Visit management. A separate tab displays upcoming and past visits with date, time, and doctor’s name. The patient can review the list, duplicate, or cancel visits – this functionality simplifies planning clinic visits and allows you to adjust the schedule.
  • Treatment history. The application stores the patient’s visit history with a detailed description of each stage of treatment: a list of services provided with prices and total cost, a list of procedures performed, doctor’s recommendations. The history stores photo protocol materials , which clearly demonstrate the initial condition and results of the performed manipulations. The patient clearly understands where the treatment started and what results were achieved. He clearly sees the cost of the services provided and can pay for them online on his smartphone via the LiqPay system . This approach emphasizes the clinic’s expertise , makes interaction with the patient more transparent and trustworthy.
  • Bonus system . To form a permanent audience, dentistry implements a loyalty system – accumulation of bonuses for each order and their write-off (use) when booking subsequent services. Accounting for bonuses is easy to implement in the mobile application – the patient sees the accrued points in a separate tab and can exchange them for discounts on future procedures and consultations. The bonus system increases patient loyalty and motivates them to return to the clinic’s services.
  • Push notifications . Pop-up push notifications help maintain unobtrusive communication with the patient – reminders about upcoming visits, invitations to take advantage of a promotional offer or undergo a scheduled check-up , notifications about accrued bonuses, holiday greetings, clinic news, launch of new directions, etc. Such a tool increases audience engagement, helps return past patients, and promotes the clinic’s services.
  • Online payment. The user receives a price list in the application and can pay for dental services directly on their smartphone – for this purpose, the application is integrated with the LiqPay online payment system .
